Admin License is to connect one phone number to ANTRII Queue Management system. Admin License is mandatory before having Queue License. One Queue License is included in the Admin License.
Queue License

What is the difference between Admin License and Queue License?

Admin License is to connect one phone number to ANTRII Queue Management system. Queue License is for the queue managed by that phone number.

How to start using ANTRII Queue Management?

You need one mobile phone with WhatsApp installed for one Admin. The phone number will be used to manage the queue. This phone number will be shared to Staffs and Customers.
One mobile phone with WhatsApp installed for each Staff. The phone number will NOT be shared to anyone.
One Admin License (which already including one Queue License).
Additional Queue License as much as you need.
If you only need one queue, you only need to have Admin License. If you need two queues, you need Admin License and one additional Queue License, etc.

How many queue can be added to one Admin License?

Unlimited.

How many customer can be in one queue?

Unlimited.

How customer register to a queue?

By scanning QR code for the respective queue using WhatsApp.

How the customer notified when it's their turn?

First, the customer will be notified using WhatsApp when the person before the customer is being called, so the customer can can be prepared. Then when it's the customer's turn, another notification will be given.

Can I show the queue status on a TV?

Yes, you can. To be exact, the TV must have web browser (smart TV or regular TV connected to smart TV dongle).

What languages are supported by ANTRII Queue Management?

All main languages in all countries in the world are supported. ANTRII Queue Management will detect the language based on phone number. For example if your country's main language is Spanish, then someone using Korea's phone number registering to a queue, all notifications to that person will be in Korean.

What the Admin can do?

Adding more queue slots if needed.
Assign queue slots to queue manager (Staff).

What the Staff can do?

Open a queue so the customer can start to register to the queue.
Call the next person in the queue.
Close the queue. Closing queue will make customer unable to register, but those already in queue will still be served.
Check the queue status.

What a customer can do?

Register to a queue by scanning QR code using WhatsApp.
Check their status in the queue.
Leave the queue if they wanted to.
